Publications & Reports

The Chief Procurement Officer is required to report on various activities throughout the year. Most of these reports are made on an annual basis to the General Assembly detailing contracting activities and are often made in conjunction with the other CPOs.

Public Act 100-0043 revised the due dates of statutory reporting requirements to November 1st, therefore beginning with FY17 all required reports are combined into one booklet of annual reports. This booklet includes reports on the topics of Cooperatives, Emergency procurements, Exempt transactions, Small Business, and Sole Source procurements.

The prohibition also extends to contributions made by various affiliated persons and businesses of a business entity that is subject to the prohibition.
