Small Business Contract Act Reports

Public Act 100-0043 revised the due dates of statutory reporting requirements to November 1st, therefore beginning with FY17 all required reports are combined into one booklet of annual reports. This booklet includes reports on the topics of Cooperatives, Emergency procurements, Exempt transactions, Small Business, and Sole Source procurements.

The Small Business Contracts Act (SBCA), 30 ILCS 503/, creates the goal that the State award not less than 10% of the value of all contracts to small businesses. The CPO is responsible for reviewing and approving university SBCA compliance plans, monitoring progress and reporting on the outcome.
