Small Business Set-Aside Reports

Public Act 100-0043 revised the due dates of statutory reporting requirements to November 1st, therefore beginning with FY17 all required reports are combined into one booklet of annual reports. This booklet includes reports on the topics of Cooperatives, Emergency procurements, Exempt transactions, Small Business, and Sole Source procurements.

The Illinois Procurement Code allows the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to designate categories of contracts as set-asides for small businesses. While the universities do not currently have a small business set-aside program, we do still gather data regarding contracts awarded to small businesses and report annually in conjunction with the other CPOs.
